Sharon Moore, Managing Broker, Central Coast Property Management

Sharon Moore began her career in the property management business in early 2000, first as a Property Manager, and then as a Broker Associate, with Monterey Bay Property Management.

Before coming into the property management business, she worked in the hospitality industry throughout the Monterey Peninsula.

Having grown up on the Monterey Peninsula, she is very familiar with the area. She is particularly cognizant of the way each community features its own atmosphere.

Sharon manages property in Monterey, Pacific Grove, Pebble Beach, Carmel, Seaside, Marina, the Monterey-Salinas Highway 68 corridor, and the Salinas Valley.

She has a passion for the business, and she enjoys helping owners get their properties prepared for the rental market, in order to procure the most highly qualified tenants and to produce the best rent that the market will bear.
